Q: I bought a membership, why do I have to pay for other videos? 






 

A: We have two types of products: 3Rein Media Membership and Pay-Per-View Events.
Pay-Per-View Events are separate from our Member Library, however, as a 3Rein Media Member, you will receive a discount code to use on the Pay-Per-View Events. 






 

Q: How do I access the videos? I usually only click on the links in my emails and that can be hard for me to track. 






 

A: We encourage you to access our videos through our site! Simply click Login at the top right of our homepage or Watch Now on our homepage banner to be directed to our content. 







 

Q: I purchased a ticket to watch a live event, it’s ended but can I still see it? 






 

A: Yes! The video will simply go offline for a short period of time while it archives and then be viewable to watch as many times as you would like ! 






 

Q: I want to claim a promotion that is currently happening but don’t know where to enter it on the site? 






 

A: You will find a box for promo codes in your account settings under your billing information! Please note that we only allow one promo code at a time. 






 

Q: The site seems to be stalling or not processing my request, what should I do? 






 

A: We always recommend refreshing your screen! You can do this by hitting the refresh button at the top of your browser or simply highlighting our web address in the top bar of your web browser and hitting enter. Allow the page to completely refresh before trying again. If you’re still having trouble you can try to use the site while on incognito mode within your browser. 






 

Q: The videos are freezing/ loading slow what should I do?






 

Since these videos are streaming from online your internet connection can effect loading speed. One way to prevent this from happening is to lower the resolution on the video. To do this click the settings button on the bottom right of the video and change it from auto to a different resolution, example 720p. This should help loading times and create a faster streaming experience.
